Yes. This is a big part of how I work. We can review opportunities you’re considering, including purchase price, development or refurbishment costs, finance, GDV, planning considerations, profit and risk. I’ll challenge your assumptions and give you my view on the deal based on how I would assess it myself.

No. A live deal can give us something tangible to work on, particularly within the Accelerator, but the aim is bigger than getting one transaction over the line. I want you to understand the process, build your experience and develop a way of finding, assessing and executing opportunities that you can use again.

This is hands-on, one-to-one mentoring built around your position, goals and real opportunities, rather than a low-cost property course or generic coaching programme. I can help you understand how deals can be structured and presented to lenders and investors, review your numbers and help you prepare for those conversations. Where appropriate, I can also make introductions from within my network, but introductions or funding are never guaranteed and you’ll still need to have a deal that stands up commercially.
