The Accelerator Programme provides six months of personalised, one-to-one mentoring, focused on helping you develop your strategy, assess opportunities and progress towards your property objectives.
Rather than following a fixed curriculum, we work together on your individual circumstances and live opportunities as they arise.
From identifying and appraising potential deals to reviewing financial viability, structuring acquisitions, exploring funding options and navigating the challenges that arise throughout the process.

WHO IT’S FOR
The Accelerator Programme is designed for aspiring and established property investors and developers who are looking to take a more active approach to identifying and progressing opportunities.
You may already have capital available, be actively reviewing potential investments or have an existing pipeline of opportunities. Previous experience isn't essential, but a willingness to learn, engage and take action is important.
The objective isn't for me to make every decision on your behalf, but to help you develop the knowledge, confidence and commercial judgement to assess opportunities and make informed decisions independently.
This isn't a group programme, and your deal reviews aren't passed to a coaching team. You'll work directly with me throughout the six months.
As I personally work with every client alongside managing my own property businesses and development projects, I accept a limited number of Accelerator clients at any one time.
