This is a six-month, one-to-one programme for people who are serious about getting their first or next deal moving and want experienced support alongside them while they do it.
Rather than working through a fixed curriculum, we work on your actual opportunities as they happen.
Finding and assessing deals. Running the numbers. Understanding the risks. Structuring the purchase. Looking at finance. Preparing for lenders or investors. And dealing with the inevitable problems that appear once a deal starts moving.

The Accelerator Programme is for people who are ready to act.
You might already have capital available, be actively looking at opportunities or have a live pipeline. You don't need to know everything but you do need to be prepared to find deals, make decisions and put the work in.
The aim isn't for me to make every decision for you. It's to help you make better decisions while you're actually doing deals and develop the judgement to do it repeatedly yourself.
This isn't a group programme and your deal reviews aren't passed to a coaching team.
You work directly with me.
