We actively seek land for new development opportunities, from single luxury homes to multi-unit housing and apartment schemes. We can acquire sites with or without planning permission.
Our ideal acquisitions range from 1 to 50 units, with land values between £1m and £5m. We recognise genuine land introductions with appropriate fees and, wherever possible, re-instruct selling agents for our new homes.
For private clients, we regularly secure plots discreetly and off-market — often on sought-after private estates across the South East. If we do not have a suitable site immediately available, we conduct targeted searches on behalf of our retained clients, ensuring access to the best opportunities before they reach the open market.
We also work closely with landowners seeking to maximise the return from their assets. In many cases, retaining involvement in the development until completion can offer significant tax efficiencies and deliver far greater value than an outright sale. We manage the entire development process, applying our expertise to unlock the site’s full potential while ensuring the landowner benefits from the highest possible return.
