I've spent more than a decade actively investing in property, developing over 200 homes and working across projects with a combined gross development value exceeding £150 million.

WHY I CREATED THE MONARCH CLUB

I didn't start in property.

At 16, I was stacking shelves at Homebase. At 18, I was working nightclub doors. At 19, I moved into corporate marketing, and at 21, I left it all behind to pursue a career in the NFL.

By 23, I had to accept that dream wasn't going to happen. I returned to corporate life, unsure of what came next.

Then, at 29, a chance conversation with a property developer changed everything.

I left my corporate career to work alongside him, learning directly from someone who had already achieved what I wanted to achieve.

I had no property experience or established industry connections, but having someone willing to share their knowledge, experience and guidance gave me a foundation I could build on.

Through my consultancy and private mentoring, I've since worked with investors, developers and entrepreneurs at different stages of their journey. Despite their different backgrounds, many face the same challenges: knowing where to start, which opportunities to pursue and how to make informed decisions.

That's what led me to create The Monarch Club.

  • Yes. Your membership includes a personal 45-minute onboarding call, live workshops and Q&A sessions where you can ask questions and benefit from my experience. Founding Members also receive additional opportunities for direct engagement.

  • There's no fixed time commitment. The Academy is available to study at your own pace, while live workshops and Q&A sessions provide regular opportunities to engage. How much time you dedicate is entirely up to you.

  • All live workshops and Q&A sessions will be recorded and added to The Monarch Club members' area, so you can watch them whenever it suits you and revisit the content as often as you like.

  • No. The Monarch Club provides structured education, group learning, practical resources and access to a private community. While you'll benefit from my guidance through live sessions, it isn't a substitute for dedicated 1-to-1 consultancy or mentoring.
