The Strategy Call is a focused one-to-one session built entirely around your position.
You might be deciding where to start, working out which strategy suits you, reviewing a live opportunity, looking at how best to use your available capital, preparing for a lender or investor conversation, or simply wanting someone experienced to challenge a plan before you commit to it.
Bring me the question, the opportunity or the numbers. We’ll work through it together.
I’ll give you my view based on how I would approach the same situation myself — what I like, what concerns me, what I’d change and where I’d focus next.

If it becomes clear during our conversation that you would benefit from more hands-on support, we can discuss that afterwards but there’s no requirement to progress into another programme.
As I personally deliver every Strategy Call alongside running my own property businesses and live projects, I only make a limited number of sessions available each month.
